In her role as Vice President of Business Development, Deborah will manage SMCI’s existing client base while leveraging the company’s strong regional presence in Arizona to develop new client relationships.
House brings 17 years of staffing and recruiting experience to her new role as a member of SMCI’s senior management team. She has a deep comprehension of the distinctive IT staffing business in her territory and has excelled in various roles within the staffing industry including Regional Sales Director, Practice Director, and Managing Director. Deborah’s passion is building talented, high-performing teams with a focus on seamless, quality delivery for clients and candidates.
