The 80-Hour Interview®
SMCI’s recruitment, screening, interviewing, and reference checking procedures are designed to ensure that every consultant placed with a client is appropriate to the needs of the client. SMCI guarantees that each consultant:
* Has the skills, expertise and background represented.
* Is professional in demeanor, attitude and capability.
* Will perform his or her professional responsibilities in a conscientious and industrious manner.
* Will meet or exceed the client’s productivity expectations.
We believe that if our client is not satisfied with a consultant placement, we have not properly done our job and therefore are not entitled to compensation. Therefore SMCI provides The 80-Hour Interview®: Our unconditional guarantee that if a client determines during the initial two weeks of a placement that a consultant is not suitable to its requirements, and informs their SMCI representative of this determination, SMCI will not charge for the consultant’s services for this period.
Following The 80-Hour Interview® period, the client may request the removal of any consultant who in the client’s estimation is unsuitable for its needs and SMCI will, at the election of the client, provide a suitable replacement at the same or higher level of professional classification at no change in professional rate.
