Candidate and Consultant Relationships
- SMCI personnel provide accurate and complete information to candidates regarding contracting assignments and client positions and continue to provide this information to its consultants for the duration of their assignments.
- SMCI personnel actively encourage candidates to make full disclosures regarding ability to perform in the positions for which they have been presented to our clients.
- SMCI personnel will not induce a consultant to leave an assignment before its completion and always exercise due diligence with prospective consultants to determine if their current assignment is coming to a normal end.
- SMCI maintains written policies for the payment of consultants and accurately represents payment terms, the length and nature of a contract assignment, and other subjects pertinent to the business relationship between a consultant, an SMCI client and SMCI. All consultant relationships are governed by written agreements.
