The purpose of this is to officially commend Jackie and Lou in your Phoenix, Arizona office for their exceptional contribution throughout my career placement. I moved from California to Arizona over a year ago. While living in Glendale, California, SMCI worked with me in the past on employment placement. My SMCI records were transferred to the Arizona office. I was working on a contract upon my arrival.

I was contacted by a formal letter and telephone conversation welcoming me to Arizona asking if they could be of assistance to please let them know. I was very impressed. I kept their business card that came with the letter for future employment. I still have that letter and others to this day. No other agency had ever done this.

I had a contract that would last for a year. Every quarter I would receive a call from the Jackie to see what my status was. My contract would end in mid-July. During the month of June I was contacted by Jackie. She started setting up various interviews for me. Jackie and Lou have provided me with excellent help and resources while interviewing.

In closing I would like to say that I have worked with many recruiters over the years and have never run across one as professional and productive as Jackie and Lou. I believe that the organization as a whole should recognize their exceptional contribution. We need more individuals like these.
