I really can't thank SMCI enough for all they have done for me over the past few years. In 2002 it was extremely difficult for an IT professional to find anyone hiring. The economic impact of first the dot-com bust, and then 9/11, completely changed the IT landscape.

When I first began exploring employment opportunities with SMCI, I was at a crossroads. I was a highly-skilled IT professional but the economy wasn't cooperating and the demand for IT professionals had waned dramatically. Information technology is my passion and the only profession I wanted to pursue, yet the future looked bleak for those who had chosen this career.

It was at this point that I connected with SMCI. While other IT staffing firms were slowing down or going the way of most dot-coms, SMCI was thriving. Almost immediately they presented me with several opportunities that were a good fit for my skills and background. SMCI made it possible for me to get back on track with my IT career and placed me in challenging positions with Fortune 1000 companies.

It has been a pleasure working with the talented professionals at SMCI. They have afforded me the opportunity to challenge myself professionally, and work with people and organizations that I respect and admire. These opportunities and experience led to my being offered, and accepting, a permanent position as a network administrator with a Fortune 500 industry leader.

Although it's time to move on, I will miss them all. I've learned so much more than technology since joining SMCI. I appreciate all your persistence, support, and encouragement.
